Prime Rib Roasts are ordered by the bone, there are 7 bones in a full prime rib. You can order anywhere from 1 - 7 bones per roast, if you need to order more than 7 than you’ll need 2 separate roasts. 1 bone generally weighs 1 kilogram and feeds 2-3 adults.
